It is one of those things that once you understand it you can never go back, and nothing is ever quite the same. I am not surprised to hear that the Eucharist has had a similar effect on others--I pray that many more are converted by devotion to the Body and Blood of Christ!

Your description of the contradictions within Anglican / Episcopal churches is almost exactly what led to me leaving the United Methodist Church last year. That denomination is anything but “united.”
