Sometimes God throws us a curveball such that the responsible thing to do is to stop the presses and focus on resolving the challenges God has given us.
I am in the throes of a challenging time. I cannot focus on writing and I cannot let the ongoing, background commitment to you, dear readers, keep me from addressing the challenging time.
Please, pray for me and for a swift, effective, and Holy resolution to these challenges. This month is one year I have been writing on substack. I am not going away for good. When I return in earnest, we will celebrate. For now—please hold on, please stick with me. I will return.
You will still see me in the comments sections around the ‘stackiverse—it’s a good diversion and I still support all of you and all of your writing projects. Just need to dial back my own writing for now.
You're in my prayers! I've been on hiatus myself due to certain issues, so I completely understand. You'll come back all the stronger. God has a plan, and His plans are always magnificent, even though that can be difficult to see when going through the challenges. Jeremiah 29:11.
Best wishes. I stumbled upon your Substack and will likely read a bit of the archive. I am on a break also from Substack as I am trying to evaluate coexistence with Notes or go elsewhere to write. The irony is I found your Stack in Notes as I was busily blocking all sorts of noise.
Praying for you.
I wish you well, and a speedy return!
Have a lovely Easter season. I will pray
Definitely praying for you in this challenging season, Scoot! We'll be here when you return. 🌿
