I like how @Scoot has framed the first boundary in this podcast. "Do not sin." Instead of this boundary being some kind of weapon to shame or judge, it is a statement that reflects the dignity of one's soul. "I refuse to gain the whole world and lose my soul."

Scoot, I needed this. All of it, but especially boundaries #4 and 5. Thank you. I will indeed pray on these things and hope that I can integrate these boundaries into my heart as I face some difficult family relationships that have been unable to heal for nearly a year now. I have some serious questions to ask myself, perhaps some pride to swallow, and also some standing up to do (I've been trying to work away from the tendency to resemble a doormat). Thanks again 💚

Really glad to hear it both resonated and that it did so actionably! I will pray for you--I think we all struggle with these in various ways, I know I certainly wouldn't have learned them if I hadn't gone through my own struggles, so I hope I can spare you some heartache. Good luck and God bless! 🙏

I absolutely loved this man. Best episode I’ve heard so far! I’ve got work to do in regards to each boundary and will probably listen again for help. This was wonderful.
